The Edwalton Business Park designed to provide four detached two-storey office accommodation with outstanding architectural merit, located within soft landscaped grounds containing car parking, cycle storage and open spaces.

Each office accommodation designed by the team with its own outdoor open space and function independently from each other.

Each office accommodation block approximately range between 600 m2 450 m2 gross internal floor areas formed part of a much wider area of development, which included Retail / Leisure and Housing Accommodation.

The project undertaken on behalf of CS Construction Limited for the landowner and MAS team provided the RIBA plan of works stages 0-4 Architect Services based on Design and Build form of procurement.
