The project entailed refurbishment and extension of an existing three storey terraced property forming three separate apartments. MAS services provided for the project was on a design and build form of procurement for the RIBA plan of works stages 0-4 and one of MAS first residential projects within London.

The approach was to utilise as much of the existing features of the property as possible but add light modern touches through finishes and furniture, which all were, designed and chosen by our client. The extent of works consisted of loft conversion to create additional bedroom and internal walls configuration to provide open plan living across all three apartments. A new external landscaped rear garden also provided as a resident’s private amenity space.
