This project located within Leicester historic and Grade 2 listed conservation area. The choice of high-quality facing materials, clever and elegant detailing including MAS window surrounds detail provide an excellent result for a piece of contextual architectural solution.

This project was MAS first student accommodation scheme within the heart of the Leicester City and had been very successful. Leicester

City Council refers to this scheme within LCC Urban Design good practice handbook as a good example of how to design buildings within a conservation area and heritage settings.
