Boulevard Wharf, Nottingham Shortlisted for RICS Award

We are delighted to announce that Boulevard Wharf Student Accommodation, Nottingham is a finalist in the Residential Category in the #RICS UK Awards 2022.

Boulevard Wharf is a brand-new development located on Castle Boulevard and situated along the canal, serving both University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University students. This amazing, waterfront development offers 66 self-contained luxury studios and has various internal and external communal spaces including a gym, cinema room and study pods.  It has been built using traditional brick and steel methods to fit in and be sympathetic to the local architecture.  The narrow shape of the site and its curved canal side frontage made logical sense to adopt a shape and form inspired by narrow boats.
