Progress at The Hurlingham, Wandsworth continues apace as the project nears completion. The first phase saw the demolition of the existing three storey pub and retention of the remaining listed façade while the second phase involved the excavation of a double storey basement providing storage for the ground floor retail area and then the creation of 7 luxury apartments on the three floor levels above.
