We are proud to announce that De Monfort Mews Student Accommodation won Constructing Excellence Award ‘Project of the Year’ 2020.  Upperton Road, MAS architecture Ltd.’s fourth new build luxury high-end student accommodation scheme based in Leicester City for the same client, Zone Developments, has also recently been shortlisted in two categories in the East Midlands Constructing Excellence Awards 2021.  The scheme consisting of 46 self-contained studio apartments for student living, includes a gym, cinema room, and private study areas as well as indoor and outdoor communal areas.
